2. How to Initiate a Return

Reason for the return
We will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions, including the return shipping address and any applicable labels.
3. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If we provide a prepaid label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us at support@theminiaxe.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right.
