Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Mini Axe — but if something's not quite right, we’re here to help. To request a return, please contact us by emailing info@theminiaxe.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number

• The reason for return

• A current photo, front and back, of the item

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• A $7 per item restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Returned items must be in original condition and include all packaging.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, and cannot proceed with refunds for items not returned to us. 

We do not accept returns on customized or final sale items.
